Our Organization

Who are we?

All of Us United, Inc (AOU) is a social advocacy 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on global and domestic community development and community empowerment. AOU is comprised of five pillars that operate in a synergistic way, with each pillar benefitting and strengthening the others.

Vision & Mission
The mission of All of Us United, Inc. (AOU) is to connect people and communities through their commonalities, while embracing their differences in order to create a more equitable society. AOU embraces unity by connecting communities and accepting all individuals for their strengths and abilities.  A component of AOU’s mission  is to advocate for equitable access to quality special education, vocational, and medical services for children and families with special/exceptional needs by connecting communities and individuals with needed resources. AOU promotes unity by connecting differing communities/community members and embracing all individuals for their strengths and abilities. We believe in, and support Gender Equity and the Neurodiverse community. As pillars of our organization, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where LGBTQ+ and Neurodiverse individuals can thrive.

Our Five Pillars of Special Needs

The following five pillars represent our ideals. A pillar is defined as a person or thing regarded as reliably providing essential support for something.

Ability Empowerment

Serves the interests and needs of those members of society who present with different communication, cognitive, and/or physical abilities.

LGBTQ+

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trangender, Queer, + pillar of AOU serves the interests and needs of those members of our greater society who self-identfy as members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Gender Equity

Serves to support the pursuit and establishment of an equitable society as it pertains to gender.

community development

Targets the development of local communities as viewed as groups, or subsets of groups. Refers to any number of programs that establish equity for a particular local group.

global impact

Serves to support those throughout the world who would benefit from the same kind of programming that was identified in the first four pillars
